We have classes to fit your specific needs and schedule to satisfy all of your legal concerns.  All classes come with a workbook, a positive and negative wheel of emotions quick reference guide. Our program is designed to help the client identify the root cause of the anger in any given situation and help them successfully defuse the anger before a potentially harmful situation arises. 

 Our company trainings are tailored to the companies specific needs or personnel needs.  All training participants are given an emotional intelligence survey to identify personal strengths and weaknesses. From this baseline, an individualized program is developed geared towards Stress identification, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence training, Assertive Communication,​ Anger Management, and Conflict Resolution.  

 Our program is designed to improve assertive communication with an emphasis on intra & interpersonal communication skills and stress management. At  YOUR ANGER MANAGEMENT, the focus is always placed on the cause of the anger and ways to defuse, cope or express the anger appropriately. The Anderson model is a proven successful training model in which anger is taught as a secondary emotion.  Then positive replacement behaviors and habits are learned, along with improved coping skills, and the individual is given alternate ways of handling emotions.
